Do you really want to read about my boring life story or did you just accidentally click on the link that brought you here? You can be honest, I practically fell asleep while creating this part of my website ;-)
1970.......that's where it all starts. Ok, yes, I'm old. What can I say? I was born and raised in Munising, Michigan, a little town in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan located on Lake Superior. The farthest that I've ventured from home was when I lived in the "Burbs" of AuTrain from '88-'95. Kevin and I bought our house in 1995 and it's located just a few blocks from where I grew up. I told you I didn't venture far from home!
I have one older brother Scott, a step-sister, Teri, who lives in Reno, NV, and a step-brother, Ryan, who lives in Green Bay, WI.
This is me and Kevin in 1988 shortly after I graduated. I was young once! I met Kevin during my freshman year in highschool and we've been together since 1986 when I was a junior. I guess you can say he's seen just about everyone of my bad hair-do days! Can you say 1980's Mall Hair??? ROFL
After 3 years of living in sin, we flew to Las Vegas and got married. It was an awesome time. My whole immediate family, plus Kevin's immediate family were there with us. My dad and step-mom, Roxanne, got married the same night as we did! June 15, 1991. We stayed at the Mirage Hotel and Casino. Unfortunately, I had come down with a case of laryngitis and was sick the whole trip.
So, there's a little bit of my past history. Now for the present......
During the summer months I spend my free time working in my garden. My back yard is always a work in progress. As you can see, I'm also a computer geek and love to spend time on the computer, playing and learning all about the wonderful world of computer geekdom. My dream as a teen was to be in a rock band. I even bought a bass guitar when I was 14 but never really took the time or lessons to learn it. Sassy bought a 6-string and we were gonna have ourselves a band! LOL Now, I've grown up and know better............I want to play the drums! I'm not kidding, either. I really would like to learn how to play the drums, though I think I lack the coordination to do so :)
